Prepare ingredients.

Slice the tofu into thin slices.

Turn on the heat, put more oil in the pot, we are going to fry the tofu

After the oil is hot, we put the tofu slices we just cut into the pot and fry them.

Once fried, you can take it out and let it cool

Cut the fried tofu and chives into sections, as shown in the picture.

Chop onions and garlic cloves. I forgot to take a picture of the tomatoes, so I’ll mention it here and cut the tomatoes as well.

Pour out some oil for frying the tofu, and we can continue to use this oil to fry this dish.

When the oil is hot, add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Then stir-fry with chives and fried tofu.

When the leeks are almost cooked, pour in an appropriate amount of oyster sauce. Continue to stir-fry until the flavors are infused, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for a while then turn off the heat and put on a plate. (After turning off the heat, we can taste whether the salt is enough. Generally, oyster sauce has a salty taste. After adding oyster sauce, there is basically no need to add salt and MSG. However, if it feels bland, you can add some salt and fresh vegetables to season after turning off the heat. I didn’t add it myself because after I tasted it, after adding the oyster sauce, it was salty enough and very fresh)
