Continue to stir-fry until the flavors are infused, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for a while then turn off the heat and put on a plate. (After turning off the heat, we can taste whether the salt is enough. Generally, oyster sauce has a salty taste. After adding oyster sauce, there is basically no need to add salt and MSG. However, if it feels bland, you can add some salt and fresh vegetables to season after turning off the heat. I didn’t add it myself because after I tasted it, after adding the oyster sauce, it was salty enough and very fresh)
