Overview
I like to eat tofu, no matter how it is cooked, it is delicious, rich in nutrients, and I don’t worry about gaining weight. It is really a good ingredient. It’s more interesting and more secure to do it yourself!

Soaking soybeans takes more than 5 hours to reach the 1900ml mark with water

Start the juicer to squeeze soy milk

Put the squeezed soy milk into the pot and boil

During this period, dissolve a packet of salt brine in 150ml of cold water

Use a spoon to gently stir the soy milk. When a vortex appears, pour the dissolved salt brine into the soy milk. After 5 minutes, use a spoon to gently stir from the bottom a few times, then let it sit for 20 minutes

Let it stand for 20 minutes, and the soy milk will take on the state of bean curd

Pour into the tofu box

Close the lid and fill it with water from a mineral water bottle

After 30 minutes, the tofu will be ready to eat
