Braised beef noodles
Overview
Recently, a movie called "The Dormitory on the Tip of the Tongue - Instant Noodles" has become popular on the Internet. It is quite interesting. Friends who have not seen it can check it out. Although I have no interest in trying the instant noodles recipe, it reminds me of Master Kong’s braised beef noodles. I have tried many Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean noodles, but I still only have a soft spot for Master Kong’s braised beef noodles. Can't buy it? Well, look up how to do it online! I was quite excited when I saw Lao Yang's braised beef noodles. But I couldn't buy meat, grass, fruit, etc., so I slightly changed Lao Yang's recipe, but it still tasted great, so I posted it to share with everyone.
