Wash the cowpeas and cut into inches.

Blanch the prepared vegetables until they are raw (add a small amount of salt to the water and drizzle oil).

In a separate oil pan, stir-fry onions, ginger and garlic, add chopped vegetables, add salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, five-spice powder, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry over high heat (you can add a little lard to enhance the aroma when stir-frying).

Add the steamed noodles to the pot and stir-fry the vegetables evenly. (You can buy thin fresh noodles and steam them yourself, or you can buy steamed noodles directly, which is more convenient).

Finally, transfer the stir-fried noodles and vegetables to the steamer, pour the braised pork over the noodles, steam for about 8 minutes and mix well.
