*The sand tea sauce itself is oily and salty, and the final soup base is seasoned with some salt and chicken powder according to personal taste; *Udon noodles can be taken out of the packaging bag and rinsed with water directly. Do not shake them with your hands, as they are easy to break;

Choose your favorite ingredients;

Boil water in a pot, add a little fine salt and a few drops of oil, then add udon noodles and cabbage, take them out and put them into a bowl; the mushrooms and meatballs are also cooked together and set aside;

Stir-fry the shacha sauce and peanut butter until fragrant;

Pour in an appropriate amount of water (or stock) and bring to a boil, add shrimp, mushrooms, meatballs, and soaked tofu and cook together;
