  1. Soak the mushrooms, black fungus and day lily in advance

  4. Cut mushrooms into shreds and set aside

  5. Add cooking wine, salt and cornstarch to the pork shreds and marinate for a while

  6. Beat 2 eggs and add some cooking wine

  7. Chop onion, ginger and garlic into mince and set aside

  8. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the eggs and set aside

  9. Heat a separate pan and sauté star anise until fragrant

  10. First add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry

  11. Add shredded pork and stir-fry evenly. Add cooking wine

  12. Add umami juice, salt, sugar, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry evenly

  13. Add daylily and eggs and stir well, then add some dark soy sauce and continue to stir well

  14. Finally, add the black fungus and stir-fry evenly. Pour the balsamic vinegar along the edge of the pot. Stir-fry evenly. Then pour in the sesame oil and chicken powder and stir-fry evenly
