The Hangzhou Mushu Pork introduced on TV is unique in that it is stir-fried, so its ingredients are a little different from others, and those with too much water cannot be used!

Soak the mushrooms, black fungus and day lily in advance

Cut day lily into small pieces and set aside

Black fungus cut into strips

Cut mushrooms into shreds and set aside

Add cooking wine, salt and cornstarch to the pork shreds and marinate for a while

Beat 2 eggs and add some cooking wine

Chop onion, ginger and garlic into mince and set aside

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the eggs and set aside

Heat a separate pan and sauté star anise until fragrant

First add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry

Add shredded pork and stir-fry evenly. Add cooking wine

Add umami juice, salt, sugar, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry evenly

Add daylily and eggs and stir well, then add some dark soy sauce and continue to stir well

Finally, add the black fungus and stir-fry evenly. Pour the balsamic vinegar along the edge of the pot. Stir-fry evenly. Then pour in the sesame oil and chicken powder and stir-fry evenly
