Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
This dish needs no further explanation. However, when I make sweet and sour pork ribs, the seasoning ratio I usually use is about 60 grams of sugar and about 50 grams of vinegar for 500 grams of pork ribs.

Materials are ready.

Blanch the pork ribs and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, add dried chili peppers and ginger slices and stir-fry

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry with sugar, then add light and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the color becomes bright red.

Add water to the pot, add star anise, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, season according to personal preference, and finally add vinegar.

When the soup is less, add a small bowl of corn starch to thicken the soup.

Finally, serve and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
