Debone the chicken legs and cut into cubes.

Add salt, light soy sauce, pepper and starch and marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare side dishes, cut onions into cubes, cut green peppers diagonally, shred ginger, slice garlic, and cut dried chilies into sections.

Put more oil in the pot and heat until 80% hot.

Add marinated chicken and stir-fry.
