Omelet rice

Overview

Ever since I watched Rooftop Prince, I can't forget the omelette rice in it. Occasionally I make omurice and you can use ketchup to make your favorite pattern on it. Even just looking at it makes me happy!

Ingredients

Steps

1. 1 Prepare various ingredients, cut into cubes and set aside

   

2. 2 Add oil to the wok, add rice and stir-fry evenly, set aside

   

3. 3 Beat an egg, add a little water starch, and some salt

   

4. 4 Put the egg liquid into the pan and make a thin layer

   

5. 5 After frying, add the freshly fried rice

   

6. 6 Wrap it with egg pancakes

   

7. 7 Invert on the plate

   

8. 8 Just write with ketchup
