Ingredients: pork belly, snow peas, carrots, onions, garlic, ginger.

Boil water in a pot, add some salt, blanch the snow peas, take them out and let them cool.

Slice the pork belly, slice the carrots, cut the large snow peas diagonally into two sections, and chop the green onions, ginger, and garlic into small pieces.

Heat the pot, add cooking oil, add pork belly and stir-fry.

Press out the oil from the pork belly, add cooking wine and light soy sauce, and stir-fry.

Add onions, ginger, and chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add carrot slices and stir-fry.

When the carrot slices are about to mature, add the snow peas, stir-fry, add pepper powder and salt, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the heat.
