Sautéed snails
Overview
The snails are very delicious, and they are best eaten before Qingming Festival! Although the best time to try it has passed, I still bought a pound and fried it!

The store owner helped me cut off the tail of the snails I bought and rinsed them several times with water

Chop onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili pepper and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger and chili until fragrant

Pour in the snails and stir-fry

Add some cooking wine

Add some salt to taste

Add a spoonful of bean paste

Add a spoonful of Kingler sauce, or if you don’t have this sauce, add chili sauce

Add some sugar and stir well

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil

Cook until the soup thickens, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
