  10. Put a multi-purpose baking pan into the pot and preheat it. After preheating is complete, apply a thin layer of oil. Then spread the rice into four grids and the meat patties into two grids. Fry over medium heat for three minutes.

This multi-purpose baking pan is non-stick, and the non-stick effect is very good, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t need to grease it. But brushing the rice cakes with a little oil will make them more fragrant. Cover the pot with the lid when frying twice.
