Braised fish tail
Overview
I bought a carp, which was a bit big, so I ate it in two portions. This time, make the fish tail first. There are many fish tail spines, so be careful when eating!

Marinate the fish tail with cooking wine, ginger slices and appropriate amount of salt for 30 minutes
