Black soybean and wild rice bean paste
Overview
I learned this dish from a food program on TV and made some slight improvements. The black bean and wild rice watercress are made from fresh broad bean and wild rice. After being stir-fried, they combine the delicious taste of the wild rice and the tenderness of the wild rice and the soft and glutinous watercress. The taste is slightly spicy and salty, and it goes very well with rice.

According to the original raw materials, peel the broad beans in advance;

Put watercress into a boiling pot, cook for 2 minutes, remove and drain into cold water;
