Boil the pork belly in a pot of water for a few minutes, then take it out and cut it into long cubes, about 1 cm wide, and set aside.

Remove the roots of the tea tree mushrooms, cut into small sections about 1 inch long, wash, drain and set aside.

Cut green onions and peppers into small sections, and cut ginger and garlic into slices.
