Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts and fry until cooked

When the pot is very hot, add a little salt and mix well. Let cool and set aside

Cook the rabbit meat. Depending on the size, boil the water for about 7-10 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for a while. Remove from heat and cut into dices

Cut the scallions into small pieces, mince the black beans and garlic and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add bean paste and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant

Add tempeh and sugar and stir-fry

Add garlic and light soy sauce, add a small amount of water and cook then turn off the heat

Spoon the fried black bean sauce into the prepared diced rabbit, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, pepper noodles, and red oil and mix well
