Braised pork ribs with red and white radish
Overview
I was at home on the weekend, and my son wanted to eat roasted pork ribs. I went around the vegetable market and saw that the white radish was tender and tender, so I sold one. I paired it with a carrot and it was ready for lunch. The roasted pork ribs with red and white radish can be paired with rice.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the ribs in a basin and soak them in water for ten minutes to remove the blood.

Pour water into the pot, put the ribs into the cold water, add cooking wine, ginger, green onion and chili.

After the water boils, use a spoon to remove the scum on top and cook for 10 minutes to remove.

Prepare radish, green onions, ginger and chilies.

Slice ginger, cut red pepper and scallions into small pieces, prepare a piece of rock sugar, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise and bay leaves.

Pour oil into the pot, add rock sugar and stir over low heat.

Boil into dark red bubbles.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry evenly so that each rib is coated with sugar color.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, add all the accessories and stir-fry evenly.

Add more boiling water than the pork ribs and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
