Remove the gills, scales and internal organs of the crucian carp and clean it

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add the fish and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside

Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and dried chilies

Put the fried crucian carp into a cooking pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, white vinegar, and sugar and cook over high heat for 10 minutes

Turn to low heat until it becomes a white soup

When making fish soup, prepare mushrooms, meatballs, and tofu

When the fish soup becomes white, add mushrooms, various meatballs of your choice and salt

When the mushrooms are cooked, add the tofu and simmer for another five minutes. Add the coriander and it's ready to serve
