Three-color stir-fry
Overview
We usually use some vegetables as ingredients for decoration when cooking, so I think everyone has some stock in the refrigerator at home, and they need to be cleaned out every now and then. Some of the cleaned vegetables are not enough to stir-fry one plate, so at this time we can put together a few vegetables and stir-fry one plate, so that we can eat several different vegetables at once. The colors are beautiful and nutritious. We also cleaned up the inventory, which really served multiple purposes. In fact, when my parents cook in our house, they usually cook whatever they want. They don’t say anything about adding other vegetables to the stir-fry, because it has been a habit since I was a snack. So when I cook, I usually don’t think of frying several different vegetables together. Ever since I started playing on the Food Network, I realized that you can stir-fry like this, so now I sometimes stir-fry like this.
