Cut the tofu into approximately 0.5 cm slices

Mix starch, soy sauce, pepper, salt and eggs into egg liquid

Dip the tofu into the egg mixture

Pan-fried tofu

Fry on both sides until golden brown

Pour the remaining egg liquid into the pot

After frying for a while, turn it over

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve
