Overview
Grandma's cuisine is a home-cooked dish in Xiangxi, Hunan. The raw materials are selected from a variety of wild vegetables and local Xiangxi vegetables. They are dried and marinated in jars using traditional folk production methods in Xiangxi. It does not add any pigments or preservatives. It is also added with minced meat, chili peppers, vegetable oil, salt, etc. It is a rare and fashionable Hunan dish. It has an excellent taste, strong chewing, and overly fragrant taste. It has the effects of appetizing rice, lowering blood fat, softening blood vessels, and nourishing the face.

Prepare materials. Soak dried radish and bean sprouts in warm water for 20 minutes, squeeze out the water and set aside. Chop dry radish into fine pieces. Cut green and red peppers into rings. Mince the pork. Soak the mushrooms and cut into fine cubes. Finely mince onion, ginger and garlic. Cut dried chilies into small pieces.

Heat the oil pan, add the minced meat and stir-fry until the meat turns white.

Add dried chili segments, onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until flavourful.

Pour in the dried tempeh and stir-fry until the tempeh is fragrant.

Pour in chopped radish. Stir fry evenly.

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the green and red peppers, stir-fry until the pepper rings become a little soft, and season to taste.
