Poached eggs
Overview
I used duck eggs, but you can also make it with eggs. Sweet and sour.

Put oil in the pan and fry the duck eggs over medium heat.

Slice garlic and cut off small red peppers.

Fry 6 poached eggs.

Put oil in the pot and stir-fry garlic and red pepper.

Pour an appropriate amount of water (put more if there are more eggs, less if there are less eggs), light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and white sugar.

Add all the poached eggs, cover and cook.

Open the lid and turn it over slightly to allow the soup to penetrate evenly into the poached eggs, leaving some soup behind.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with green onions.
