Wontons
Overview
I made wontons for my mother to eat. Egg white was added to the stuffing to make them tender and tender. Prawns were added to make them fresh.

Add chopped green onion, pepper powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and chicken essence to the pork filling and mix well.

Add egg white and oil and mix well.

Wonton wrappers are ready.

Add the filling, apply some water to the sides of the wonton wrapper and press it well.

Press on the two bottom corners.

All wrapped up.

When the water is open, add chopped green onion, seaweed, salt, chicken essence, cooked shrimps, add wontons and cook them, remove from the pot and add sesame oil and coriander.
