Scallion shortbread
Overview
The theme of this event is breakfast, and we need something quick, so let’s do something simple and hassle-free! A few days ago, I spent 2 yuan on a large bundle of spring onions when I was shopping. They wilted after being left out for a day, so I fried some of them in scallion oil and used the scallion oil to make pancakes that were crispy and fragrant. My husband said he would eat pancakes like this every day from now on

To make scallion pancakes, you need to knead the dough first, white dough (300 grams of ordinary flour, 3 grams of yeast powder, 3 grams of aluminum-free baking powder, 1 tsp of sugar, appropriate amount of hot water) and scallion pancake dough (100 grams of scallion oil, 200 grams of low-gluten flour, appropriate amount of salt)

After the two kinds of dough are mixed, cut some green onions. After all, it is a scallion pancake, so you need more green onions. Add some salt to the green onions

After cutting the green onions, divide the dough into small portions. The white dough is slightly larger to wrap the yellow ones
