  1. Wash the pig's feet in cold water and put them in a pot, add ginger and blanch them to remove the fishy smell.

  4. Prepare rock sugar, garlic, ginger, millet pepper, bay leaves, star anise and cinnamon.

  5. Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar, and stir-fry the sugar color.

  6. After the sugar is browned, stir-fry the pig's feet and ingredients until fragrant.

  7. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

  8. Add peanuts and stir fry.

  9. Pour in two bottles of rice wine.

  10. Pour in the rice wine and bring to a boil.

  11. After boiling, pour into the pressure cooker and press for about 20 minutes.

  12. After pressing for 20 minutes.

  13. Pour back into the wok and cook to reduce the juice.
