Fried Rice with Cured Soy Sauce
Overview
Unexpectedly, the first meal I cooked for myself when I returned home during the holidays was fried rice, which I rarely eat at ordinary times. The reason is actually very simple. My mother steamed too much rice yesterday, and she is alone at home and too lazy to make overly complicated and time-consuming rice. This cured soy sauce fried rice is perfect.
