Beef and radish stuffed buns

Suddenly I remembered the beef and radish stuffed buns made by a nanny at home when I was young. I tried making them based on my feeling, and it was quite successful.

  1. The bread machine makes the dough rise with just one click. The dough will have some honeycombs after it rises

  2. Peel the green radish, cut into shreds, sprinkle with salt, drain the water after 20 minutes, and set aside

  3. Knead the dough again in the bread machine and let it rest for 20 minutes

  4. When the noodles are ready, mince the beef and mince the green onion and ginger

  5. Add star anise to cold oil. After the oil boils, throw away the star anise

  6. Mix shredded radish and beef stuffing, add light soy sauce, pepper powder, chicken essence, soup stock, green onion and ginger powder, sugar, light soy sauce, boil oil and pour the stuffing on top

  7. During the mixing process, add 2 raw eggs, stir the filling in one direction, and mix well

  8. Press into powder and rush into skin

  9. Make buns according to your own proficiency
