Cut beef brisket into small pieces.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot, pour in beef brisket, add rice wine and blanch it, skim off the foam and cook for another minute, remove and wash.

Prepare spices.

Heat oil in a pot, pour beef brisket and stir-fry to dry out the water. Add ginger, bay leaves, star anise and cinnamon and stir-fry until fragrant. Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry.
