Wash the salmon and cut into thick slices, cut the tofu into thick slices and set aside

Marinate the salmon with sauce for 10 minutes to taste

Lightly pat the tofu with a little starch

Heat a pan, add oil and fry the tofu until 2 sides are slightly brown, set aside

Heat the oil in a casserole, cut the onion into large pieces, slice the ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry over low heat

Pour in the marinated fish and tofu, and pour in the remaining sauce

Cover the pot, turn down the heat and bake for 5 minutes
