Soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours in advance, steam it in a steamer, pull it apart and let it cool.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add sweet noodle sauce, chili sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Turn off the heat, add cumin powder, mix well, and set aside.

Wash the squid (tear off the outer skin) and set aside.
