My husband loves to eat noodles. Today I specially made mushroom noodles for him. He said he loved it!

First cut the mushrooms into shreds and cook them first.

Put the diced pork belly into a wok and fry it, add some lard and fry it together!

Then add the ginger, minced garlic, and minced green onion to the meat and stir-fry until the garlic, ginger, and minced green onion turn yellow.

Now add two tablespoons of mushrooms and dark soy sauce and stir-fry for a while.

Then add two spoons of pork rib sauce and stir-fry for a while, add chicken essence and salt, add a bowl of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes,

Finally, dredge the noodles, then pour in the cooked juice, then add cooked shredded mushrooms, shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, coriander, and diced green onions.
