My husband loves to eat noodles. Today I specially made mushroom noodles for him. He said he loved it!

  1. Dishes to prepare: shiitake mushrooms, half a carrot, half a cucumber, half an onion, a little coriander

  6. First cut the mushrooms into shreds and cook them first.

  7. The noodles can be cooked in the pot and set aside!

  8. Cut the carrots into shreds, boil them in water, take them out and set aside!

  9. Put the diced pork belly into a wok and fry it, add some lard and fry it together!

  10. Then add the ginger, minced garlic, and minced green onion to the meat and stir-fry until the garlic, ginger, and minced green onion turn yellow.

  11. Now add two tablespoons of mushrooms and dark soy sauce and stir-fry for a while.

  12. Then add two spoons of pork rib sauce and stir-fry for a while, add chicken essence and salt, add a bowl of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes,

  13. Finally, dredge the noodles, then pour in the cooked juice, then add cooked shredded mushrooms, shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, coriander, and diced green onions.
