Sesame oil mushroom and vegetable buns

Sesame oil, mushroom and vegetable buns are one of my family’s favorite breakfasts, but because the whole family is a novice at pasta, we only know how to eat them but not how to make them. So I thought about learning to make them once, and the following sesame oil, mushroom and vegetable buns are the results of my learning~`~

After mixing the yeast and warm water thoroughly, pour it into the flour and start the dough mixing process: 30 minutes

While the dough is kneading, prepare the filling: boil water in a pot and pour in the washed vegetables

After blanching, quickly put it into cold water and soak for a while, then remove and drain

Put vegetables, fungus, and mushrooms into a basin: add salt, sugar, MSG, canola oil and sesame oil

After mixing well, add dried fragrant seeds and black and white sesame seeds

Use chopsticks to stir evenly in one direction and set aside

Now that the dough has been kneaded, start the yogurt program to ferment for 40 minutes

Ferment until the dough doubles in size

Take out the exhaust

Shape into long strips and divide into several portions

Use a rolling pin to roll out the buns into a thick wrapper around the middle

Add appropriate amount: sesame oil, mushroom and vegetable stuffing

Wrap the leather around tightly and pleat it

Place in the steamer and cook for 20 minutes

After the water boils, put it into a steamer and steam over high heat for 10 to 12 minutes
