Easy to make and delicious scallion noodles.

Boil the lard. If there is no lard, you can use pig fat to make oil and add green onions.

Fry the scallions until golden brown. Try not to blow it all black.

Take out the fried black onions for later use, and leave the golden onions in the pot.

Add dark soy sauce to the pot and stir-fry.

Add two tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Add sugar.

Boil water to cook noodles.

Drain the noodles and add them to the pot with scallion oil and mix well.

Add black sesame seeds.

Place the fried shallots on top.
