Overview

I am a girl from the south. When I first started working, I met an enthusiastic sister from the north. She taught me and my friends how to make dumplings. We fell in love with dumplings when we ate them for the first time in our lives. When I have time at home, I will think about dumpling fillings. I especially recommend the dumplings stuffed with shrimp, tofu and carrot.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Chop the pork and half of the shrimp into puree, chop the carrots and leeks into fine pieces, and fry the eggs with an appropriate amount of salt.

  2. Leek and pork stuffing: Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking oil, oil, white pepper, sand tea powder, and chopped green onion to the minced meat. Stir vigorously in one direction.   3. Dip the outermost ring of the purchased dumpling wrappers in water, then add a spoonful of filling and then add fresh shrimps.

  4. Wrap it into the shape you like, and be sure to wrap it tightly to prevent the filling from being exposed during cooking.

  5. The prepared dumplings can be deep-fried, pan-fried, or boiled in a pot and boiled to add the dumplings.
