Steamed dumplings with melon, green pepper and ham
Overview
Horned melon is the most common ingredient. The whole family likes to eat steamed dumplings stuffed with horned melon, which are chewy and fragrant. This time I made it and added 2 large green peppers, it was delicious.

The flour is first mixed into a dough, which is softer than the dumpling dough.

Remove the flesh from the horned melon. I used half of the large horned melon. Clean the green peppers and onions.

Grate the melon into shreds with a tool, mix well with a spoonful of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the water from the melon, chop it a few times and squeeze it dry.

Chop the green peppers and marinate them with salt to extract the moisture.

Cut the ham into cubes.

Finely chop onions.

Mix all the ingredients together, add oyster sauce, pepper, salt, and vegetable oil.

Mix well to form filling.

The dough is made into dough, rolled out into cakes, and filled with fillings.

Wrap into large dumplings.

Boil water in a steamer, put in the wrapped dumplings and steam for 12 minutes.
