Apple Chicken Soup
Overview
Apple Chicken Soup is made by simmering fresh apples into cubes with chicken soup, allowing the acidity of the apples to be released into the soup. Drinking a cup of warm apple chicken soup in cold weather is the first choice for women with cold body tonic.

Steps
-
Cut the chicken into pieces, soak in cold water with a spoonful of cooking wine for ten minutes, remove and drain.
-
The ingredients are: chili, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, chopped green onion, and shredded ginger.
-
Heat the oil in the pot, pour the ingredients in 2 and cook until fragrant.
-
Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the skin becomes firm.
-
Add a little sugar, a tablespoon of soy sauce for color, and stir-fry evenly.
-
Transfer to the pressure cooker, add about 6 grams of salt, and hot water will cover the chicken pieces. (You can also stew it in a casserole, which will take longer and taste better.)
-
Add two apples, peel and cut them into pieces in advance. The photo only shows one apple.
-
After the pressure cooker is filled with gas, it will be cooked in 20 minutes. It's out of the pot. It doesn't look like there's much soup in the photo, but it's actually about one-third of the pot. It's quite thick, with a fruity aroma, and the meat is soft and rotten.
