Grilled Bullfrog with Garlic Cloves

I’ve always wanted to eat bullfrog, but my husband doesn’t like it very much. I finally bought it today and it tasted pretty good, making me sweat profusely while eating it.

Chop the killed bullfrog into pieces

Garlic for later use

Cut onions and set aside

Boil water in a pot and pass the bullfrog into the water

Fish out and control water

Heat the oil in the pot until it's eight ripe.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté until garlic changes color.
