Appetizing hot and sour soup
Overview
When I scrolled through my phone and saw someone else’s hot and sour soup, my mouth watered! So I went to buy ingredients when I got off work, and happily decided to make hot and sour soup today! The cost of this bowl of soup is really cheap. The tomatoes and fungus were leftover in the refrigerator. I bought a piece of soft tofu, a handful of coriander, a handful of enoki mushrooms, and 3 shiitake mushrooms. It only cost 4 yuan and 50 cents. I only used half of the tofu and enoki mushrooms, so the cost was only 2 yuan. Including the tomatoes, eggs and fungus at home, the cost is only 4 yuan at most! So cheap! The key is to be nutritious and healthy! In fact, after I often cook by myself, I really don’t want to eat food from outside. It’s still healthy and safe to cook it yourself! Once you get used to it, it doesn't feel like much trouble.

Prepare the required ingredients.

Cut and wash the enoki mushrooms, cut the tofu into small strips, shred the carrots, soak and shred the fungus, wash and slice the mushrooms, peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, wash and chop the coriander, break the eggs into a bowl, chop the garlic, and prepare a small dish of water starch.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped tomatoes.

Add a large bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Pour in the tofu, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shredded carrots, and shredded fungus, and cook in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and half a tablespoon of pepper, and stir evenly.

Add water starch and stir evenly.
