Soak cloud fungus and slice lotus root. Blanch the two ingredients in boiling water with salt and chicken powder; mix all seasonings with ginger and green onion and set aside; shred carrots and cut celery and green onion into sections

Heat the pan and sauté the green onions

Add fresh rice noodles and stir-fry for a while

Add the mixed seasonings and stir-fry until evenly distributed

Blanched cloud fungus, lotus root, shredded carrot, celery and green onion

Once all the ingredients are stir-fried and thoroughly flavored, it is ready to serve
