Peel the preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces, preferably smaller than mine. I was lazy and cut them into large pieces. I also cut the tofu into small pieces. I used frozen tofu

Wash one baby cabbage and cut into 8 portions

Heat an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a pan, sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, add preserved egg cubes and tofu cubes, and stir-fry until the skin of the beans turns golden

Add chili oil and stir-fry

Pour in warm water, add soup stock and mix well, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and add salt to taste
