Braised Bean Noodles

Braised Bean Noodles

Overview

I really grew up eating braised beans and noodles. When I grew up and worked outside and ate these flavors at home, I felt full of happiness~ So I learned it from my mother during the holidays when I was just working, haha, so that I can often make it for myself~😄

  5. Add a little more oil to the pot than usual for cooking (I cut a little fat meat to fry some lard, because without the oil, the braised noodles will not be delicious) ~

  6. The oil is almost out, add onions, ginger, garlic🌶️star anise, etc., stir-fry twice ~

  7. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color~

  10. Add water to the position where the vegetables are just covered, add salt and thirteen spices. The salt should be twice as much as usual for cooking. You can try the soup. It is a little saltier than the vegetables. There are so many noodles, right~

  11. Spread the noodles evenly on top of the dish. Then cover the pot and simmer over low heat~ It is not easy for novices to master the heat. You can put a small bowl of soup out before spreading the noodles and set it aside to avoid the soup being gone before the noodles are cooked~

  12. After three or four minutes, open the lid of the pot, turn the noodles over with chopsticks, and then continue to simmer ~

  13. Open it after two or three minutes, flip the noodles over with chopsticks and continue to simmer covered~

  14. After three or four minutes, open it and flip the noodles. You can see that the soup has almost penetrated into the noodles and the noodles are very soft at this time. If the heat is not controlled well during this period, use a spatula to remove the bottom of the pot so that it does not stick to the pot. If there is any, add some of the soup that was poured out in advance, a little at a time. Then continue to simmer ~
