Soak dried kelp in cold water in advance.

Wash the soybeans and soak them in cold water.

Wash the ribs, soak them in cold water for 10 minutes, blanch them in a pot, remove and drain.

Bring back the soaked kelp with a knife.

Place the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker pot.

Then add kelp.
