  1. Flour and old noodles are ready.

  5. Add the old flour, continue to knead the flour into a smooth dough, and set aside to ferment.

  7. Soak in clean water for about half an hour.

  8. Wash the cowpeas.

  9. Put into a pot of boiling water and blanch for one minute.

  10. Chop the blanched cowpea into fine pieces, and chop the pork (I like leaner meat, so I chose the front tip) into minced meat.

  11. Heat oil in a hot pan, add minced ginger and saute until fragrant.

  12. Add minced meat and stir-fry.

  14. Add light soy sauce.

  15. Add the teriyaki soy sauce.

  16. Add the prunes and stir-fry evenly.

  17. You can add a little salt to taste, it's up to you to decide.

  18. Take out the risen dough and knead it to deflate.

  19. Add chopped green onion to the stuffing and mix evenly.

  20. Divide the dough into small rolls.
