Kill the fish first, put some salt on it and marinate it for 20 minutes to half an hour.

Stir-fry the tofu skin. I did not add celery and garlic this time. If I added it, I would stir-fry it here, so that it will be more delicious. Add water and add the fried redfish. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Cook the fish in the pot for about ten minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt to infuse the aroma. Add soy sauce, juice, or lemon. Take out the cooked fish and put it on a plate. Use the remaining water to thicken it with starch. After thickening, pour it over the fish. Finally, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
