Roasted Pork with Dried Beans
Overview
[Stir-fried Pork with Dried Beans] Re-try the taste of my hometown. I went to my aunt's house during the Chinese New Year and brought back a lot of dried vegetables. White radish leaves, dried beans, and sesame leaves are all my favorites. I've finished eating the sesame leaves a long time ago, but I haven't eaten the dried beans yet. I haven't really eaten meat yet, so there's no need to go with the dried beans. When I was a child, my mother always dried beans in the summer and made stews in the winter, which were really delicious. I didn't make a stew today, I just grilled the hind leg meat, which was also delicious.
