Honey BBQ Pork
Overview
Honey-glazed barbecued pork is made from pork plum blossoms and marinated with barbecued pork sauce, oyster sauce and other condiments. It has a firm texture, sweet and fragrant texture, and is an excellent companion for meals and drinks. I made this Honey Sauce Barbecued Pork, which was highly praised by my little master who loves meat.

Put the plum blossom meat into a cooking bowl, add barbecued pork sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, rice wine, red yeast rice powder and shredded ginger and mix well;

Use a fork to pierce the meat to make it easier to absorb the flavor. Marinate it in the refrigerator overnight (the longer it marinates, the better the flavor will be);

Place the marinated plum pork on tin foil, and pour the marinated meat juice onto the meat;

Put it in the oven and bake it at 190 degrees for 40 minutes, then open the tin foil package;
