Sandwich meatballs
Overview
When making meatballs, I like to put a quail egg in the meatballs, which gives it a little surprise when you eat it. Eggs are too big, quail eggs are just right.

Chop onions and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

Magnolia slices and ham sausage are chopped into small pieces and set aside.
