For accessories, I used dried fennel stalks instead of fennel seeds

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes

Wash chicken legs

Chop into small pieces

Add cold water to the pot and blanch the chicken pieces to remove the blood

Take out the water and rinse

Add peanut oil to hot pan and sauté ingredients until fragrant

Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the water is dry

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and vinegar to the pot

Add potatoes

Stir-fry the potato and chicken nuggets for a while

Add water and appropriate amount of salt and simmer for about 20 minutes

When the soup is dry, turn off the heat and take out the pot
-
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion leaves
