Chop the spicy cabbage and green onions into mince.

Put the chopped spicy cabbage and green onions into a basin, add an appropriate amount of flour, and beat in an egg. Add some salt, a little pepper and a little sugar.

Add water and make a thin paste. Be careful not to have any lumps of flour.

Heat a pan, pour in a little oil, and shake the pan so that the bottom of the pan is coated with oil.
