I first started making this dish from Huizhou Meatballs. It uses tender tenderloin meat and a variety of ingredients, and is wrapped in glutinous rice.   1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 5 hours in advance. , let the glutinous rice fully absorb water.
