Pearl meatballs
Overview
I first started making this dish from Huizhou Meatballs. It uses tender tenderloin meat and a variety of ingredients, and is wrapped in glutinous rice. After steaming, the glutinous rice is transparent and fragrant. It is very popular with children, especially at family dinners. It is a delicious and high-end dish that is widely praised by guests.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 5 hours in advance. , let the glutinous rice fully absorb water.

Wash the tenderloin and chop into minced meat.

Add egg yolk.

Add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce according to taste, and stir evenly in the same direction.

Use your hands to squeeze the meatballs into small meatballs at the tiger's mouth, and gently roll them in the drained glutinous rice until the outside is completely covered with glutinous rice.

Place into a steamer, cover and steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare wet starch water and add a small amount of salt and cooking wine to taste.
